Grand Rapids Coffee Roasters 是西密西根州最具代表性的 family-owned micro-roaster 精品咖啡品牌之一，由本地烘豆師 Craig 於 2008 年創立，總部位於 Grand Rapids SW 區 Godfrey Avenue SW 街區的 Dock #1 倉庫內，實體店面同時肩負零售、roastery 觀光與 The Saturday Experience 每週六限定咖啡杯測體驗三重角色。所有咖啡豆皆為精品級 Arabica、Rainforest Alliance / Organic / Fair Trade 認證齊全，週週小批量 roasted-to-order 新鮮直送全國。店內以 4 段烘焙度（Crisp Light / Rich Medium / Smooth Bold / Intense Dark）對應不同萃取方式偏好，並提供 brew equipment 與 loose-leaf tea 零售。
